Gorjana
Born in Yugoslavia to a pastry chef and an engineer, Gorjana (pronounced Goryana) naturally became a balance of her influences: imagination yet structured, eccentric yet simple. She moved to Canada at seven and then again to the United States while in high school. Soon Ford Model found her and exposed Gorjana to the glamorous, high fashion world of catwalks and photo shoots. Upon finishing college, she decided it was time to create something that she could call her own. Armed with a knack for designing, a wicked fashion sense and a husband with a keen business mind, she went for it. In 2004, the Gorjana contemporary jewelry line was born. It is now sold in the best boutiques and retailers and featured in the pages of Lucky and InStyle many others. Her jewelry has been seen on many a celebrity from Sienna Miller to Cindy Crawford.
