Jonathan Adler, a Brown graduate, with a passion and a talent for pottery, art, design and all things colorful, fun and glamorous started selling pots in 1996 to Barneys and now owns 6 stores and is the lead judge on Bravo's Top Design. His collection includes fabulous pottery, needlepoint pillows, furniture, lamps, rugs, lacquer accessories, candles and ornaments. We have focused on his pottery, ornaments and candles. We love his design sense, his appreciation of color, his love for Palm Beach decor which never goes out of style, his wit and his fabulous quote that "handcrafted tchotchkes are life-enhancing!"

This is one of our favorite vases from Jonathan Adler. It has a sea urchin feel but it's also just a great design. His vases and pots in this collection are inspired by seeds, barnacles, pebbles and other natural wonders and then glazed in a rich creamy white. He throws each prototype and then creates the relief by masking off the patterns and sponging away the exposed clay. This is just a beautiful piece!
