It all began in a New England Farmhouse...well, actually in an outbuilding shared with animals such as chickens, geese and goats.  Kalastyle started with 2 employees, "Ka" and "La" and their inventory was stacked in an unheated garage and every day they would pack orders in discarded liquor store boxes.  They used their bathroom scale to weigh the boxes and run the boxes to UPS by car because they couldn't afford a UPS pick-up!
