About the Designer

Mary Vaden grew up in the Shenandoah Valley where families always had a tin of Virginia peanuts around the house to offer guests. After a career in radio, then raising four children, she started MV’s Best to bring fine Virginia peanuts to the Northeast and beyond.

Her first office was in the busy kitchen overlooking the beautiful Navesink River, using the barn as a warehouse. Now Virginia Cocktail peanuts are nationwide and international, available in places like New York, LA, DC, Paradise Island, Dubai and Canada. People rave about the premium quality and crunch of these fine, large, hand prepared peanuts. We think they are incredibly delicious and beautifully packaged!
