Chewing The Cud
Viola Stutanto, the creative brains behind Chewing the Cud, knew she would own her own business some day. She just "had it in her." After receiving her business degree from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley and completing a stint in banking, she found herself enrolled in the design program at the California College of Arts. Upon graduation, she continued to hone her craft in the fashion industry and later, some of the best known boutiques in the Bay Area. At the heart of adventure, she keeps an open mind and a sense of play. She feels that curiosity is crucial to self-growth. Chewing the Cud represents that leap of faith- to always push the creative envelope, to represent thoughtful, evocative design that touches the heart and motivates a call to action.
