If for any reason you (or a gift recipient) are not fully satisfied with your order, we'll make it right.  Just drop us a line at giftgurus@orangeandpear.com or give us a call at (888) 800-5657 within 30 days of receipt, and we'll send you (or your gift recipient) a pre-paid return label.  We want you to love what you bought.

FREE EXCHANGES:
If you (or a gift recipient) would like to exchange your order, just drop us a line at giftgurus@orangeandpear.com or give us a call at (888) 800-5657 within 30 days of receipt, and we'll send you (or your gift recipient) a pre-paid return label.  Also, we do not charge for shipping on your new item.

FREE REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED ITEMS:
Once in a blue moon an item gets damaged in transit, despite our best efforts to pack items securely (we lose sleep when this happens, and research internally how the item was packed so that we can improve).  If you receive a damaged item, don't worry; simply take a picture of the damage and email it to giftgurus@orangeandpear.com.  We'll send out a replacement at no charge.  We guarantee your satisfaction.

OTHER SHIPPING OPTIONS:
When you select Free Shipping or Flat Rate Shipping, we determine the most efficient manner to ship your order and will use either Fed Ex or USPS Priority Mail.  At the time of shipment, we will send an email to you with the tracking number.  If you need faster delivery, we offer the following services for the 48 contiguous states:
  • Fed Ex Ground: $7.99
  • Fed Ex Express Saver: $21.99
  • Fed Ex 2 Day: $24.99
  • Fed Ex Standard Overnight: $49.99

For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, we offer Live Rates pulled from the USPS database.


THE FINE PRINT:
  • Additional fees apply for expedited shipments, multiple shipping destinations, international orders and shipments to HI, AK, PR and the U.S. Virgin Islands. 
  • International orders do not qualify for free returns and free exchanges.
  • Taxes, shipping fees and charges for gift wrapping do not count towards the qualifying amount for Free Shipping.
  • Gift recipients may return any item at no charge (see Free Returns above).  A store credit will be issued in the amount of the purchase price of the return item.
  • All returned items must be unused / unworn and in the original packaging with tags still attached.
  • If you are returning an item that you purchased, we will issue a full refund (less the original outbound shipping fee, if any) in the original form of payment.
