Rebekah Brooks
Raised in rural New Hampshire by artisan parents, Rebekah Brooks was
always surrounded by artistic inspiration. She had fascination with
jewelry making at an early age. Rebekah's first necklace, lovingly
saved by her mom, still adorns the wall of her childhood home. She
studied at the Massachusetts college of Art and the Pratt institute in
Brooklyn, obtaining a degree in sculpture. After working for such
esteemed designers as Kiki Smith and Ted Meuhling in NY, Rebekah
finally pursued her life-long passion to start her own jewelry line in
2000. Now, she lives and works out of a reclaimed Victorian church in
Northampton, Massachusetts. All the jewelry is designed and handmade
there with the help of a supportive staff and they also run a boutique.
Rebekah's line is trend-right yet offers classic pieces, many of which
have a vintage feeling. Above all, it is absolutely beautiful.
